For One, The Science

With so many schools already operating, parents are likely to ask why The Science School? The Science School is different from other schools in a number of ways. It is the first school of its kind in Pakistan, with a special focus on high standards learning in science, mathematics, engineering and technology. Learning activity is integrated with the social sciences, humanities, and outdoor education.

We recognize that scientific activity does not function in a vacuum. The scientist is seen as human, inspired by beliefs and goals, by education that embeds science as a purposeful activity within the larger human enterprise. The personal, ethical, and moral values of the scientist are recognized as playing a role in the direction of their activities. Thus, while our education is primarily focused on developing the skills of Science, Mathematics, Design and Technology, we integrate learning with questions of purpose and values of faith, culture, and ethos.

Two, Progression

The Science School offers progression in higher education to Colleges and Universities of Science and Technology in Pakistan as well as abroad. The Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad, Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), Islamabad, Karachi Institute of Nuclear and Power Engineering (KINPOE) are highly rated by HEC and on our list of choices for further study. Scholarships for education abroad will be available for those who achieve Merit and Distinction in their assessments.

Career progression to appointments in Pakistan’s Strategic and Scientific Organizations will be possible for all achieving students after appropriate clearance.

The Science School being a not-for-profit organization will offer scholarships and provide funding on merit, for higher education at home and abroad according to the students merit and requirements of the scientific organizations.
